Breakfast At Momo's

For those of you that don’t know…I got engaged on December 20, 2009.  I thought I would write a little something about the process and see where this leads.  It will include the good and bad days, some will be short and some long, but here they will be for you to read.  Email me if you have suggestions, ideas or comments, all are welcomed. It has been eleven days since the engagement and I have no clue where to go from here. My amazing Aunt Gail told me to start on TheKnot.com so I did.  Now, I am very overwhelmed and I do not know where to begin.  So far, I have learned that the following have to be done first and I have no clue about the order.

Things To Do:

1. Insure Ring - Waiting To Get Back To Texas To Do

2. Decide On A Date - I’m Thinking September or October

3. Choose A Venue - Apparently you have to be a member to have it at the pretty churches which now helps me understand why so many people are moving away from religious weddings.

4. Figure Out How Many People Can Come - Okay come on who wants to chopped their life relationships down to under 200 people…IT IS HARD!!!

So, day one has produced more questions than answers.  Churches really are uber-exclusive. I know too many people.  Oh, and I am taping this ring to my finger because if I lose it well let’s just say there is no recovering from that kind of loss. :)

I will keep you updated, but that is how far I have gotten today.
